Fraud Dealing , non delivery of product after submitting amount

Name of company/service: TELE STORE , VIJAYWADA , HYDERABAD

Dear sir/Mam,
I ordered an air-lounger{5-in-1 sofa}on tele store website. The purchasing related conversation happened with mr. Meera kanchanapalli Nagul Mobile No.9030347888 {owner/Proprietor of tele store}.He said to me that I have to submit rs6500/-{Rs six thousand five hundred} in his sbi account {account holder name – kanchanapalli nagul meera,account type -savings , account number-31081157785, bank name – state bank of india ,bank branch- bazar branch, mangalagiri ,ifsc code – sbin0013278 } and after depositing amount I will get my ordered product within 7 days.On 26-april-2012 I submit rs6500/- By my husband mr.Khemraj bijalwan debit card.After depositing amount rs6500/- On his account I inform him and he reply me that within 7 days I got my product.He also said to me that he will send me docket no, invoice detail’s and other relevant documents on my e mail ID .After 10 days depositing of amount he didn’t send me any docket , invoice no. And other detail’s on my email ID .When I call him he is not picking my call.After dropping messages on his mobile , gmail ID , facebook ID he gave me docket no mgl24382641 and said to me that the product dispatch from hyderabad by dtdc courier service. When I checked it on dtdc website it shown wrong docket no.And I call him back than he said to check this docket no. On trackon courier website .When I checked it on trackon courier website but again it shown wrong docket no.Today is 2 month after depositing amount on his account but didn’t get product yet. when I call him he send me 1 file of contact details of trackon courier service and said me that one person mr.Rajesh of uttrakhand has my product and right now he is at srinagar garhwal and I got my product today till 4.00pm.When I asked he didn’t gave me mr.Rajesh mobile no. Now when I try to call me he didn’t reply me and send me message that”unfortunaly my grand maa was expired one hour b4, I am going there. Teja my office boy call u”.He is not picking my call and whenever i call him he make his phone bussy or switch off.He also blocked me on his Tele Store facebook account when i am chatting with him about my product delivery.
Now I am at the peak of frustration .I want correct justice and punishment to mr. Meera kanchanapalliNagul Mobile No. 9030347888 {owner/Proprietor}of Tele Store.Now it’s case of 1. Poor servicing , 2.No delivery of producton time , 3.Misguiding , 4.Wrong commitment , 5.Mental harrasment.I don’t want to do any deal of product with him now and ever in future and suggest the same to others. I want My Cash Back with Compensation for above mentioned problem that i suffered.
I want justice.
