Hello, I had contacted this company to get my vehicle documents(Duplicate RC) done as they pretended to provide this service on their website and facebook page. They wanted me to pay 50% advance payment which was INR 1500 + 100 registration fees. I did pay and they acknowledged the payment and promised to get the work started and deliver within a month. More than a month passed and nothing happened. After close to 45-50 days, I lost hopes and asked them to refund as I never received any updates. They promised to refund and took my account details but have not done so. As of now, it has be 2 months and I’ve not got my money back. I have email conversations of all this.
