Location/place: NEW DELHI
Name of company/service: METLIFE INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.
I have deposited premium amount of Rs. 25000/- against running above mentioned Policy No. 20046105 vide cheque no.584878 at Preet Vihar Branch, and this already cleared on 10.02.2012 by from my account by Punjab national Bank.
However this premium is not debit into my running policy no. 20046105 customer ID 21433229 and this have wrongly debited in some other (New) Policy no. 20748102 without my advise / confirmation, and I not received any document related this policy. Please Help me
