i have online purchased two pental v 701 tablet from Naaptol.com on 14th may 2012 and got delivered the same on 18th May 2012 after pay the amount of Rs 11596/-. but the product i have received is totally different from the product i have ordered. The specification are also not matched and the company is also different. after contact Naaptol.com i have sent the product back on the same day i.e. 18th may alongwiith a complaint and bill and the advertisement shown by them on their website and requested them to refund the amount. the same was received by them on 21st may. i have paid to them. after that i have called them many times but they are giving any satisfactory response. now they are not refunding the amount i.e. 11596/-. they have cheated and defraud me by way of sending the different and outdated product. now they are lingering on the matter. Please Help
