i had a idea cellular postpaid connection for which i got a bill of Rs. 2700-2800 for the month of June one executive called me from there recovery department and agreed to start the services on Rs. 2000 and also said that after this payment i will have no dues left for all these conversation i have a voice clip which i recorded at the time he made that commitment hence i paid Rs. 2000 but rather than starting the services he barred it and did not start it yet not only this they even called my family member, friends and relatives again and again asking for the rest amount in this period of time i was out of station and i seriously feel like they have ruined my reputation in front of all relatives and family member.
