FRAUD: Club de Ferias Hotel/Omega Leisure & Hospitality P Ltd.

Hi All,

In continuation with my previous complaint Titled “OMEGA WORLD VACATIONS FRAUD – MAKING FALSE PROMISES & NOT REFUNDING MONEY” against Omega Leisure & Hospitality Pvt Ltd/Omega World Vacations, I would like to tell you all that they are now running their Fraud racket from Club de Ferias Goa Hotel located at Candolim Beach Road.

This company and it’s directors have recently been booked for hatching Criminal conspiracy under the pretext of providing holiday packages to tourists in goa after several tourist filed a complaint against them in Calangute Police Station. Economic Offences Cell has filed a case against them and you can read their fraud in the newspaper as well in the link below.

    I have also taken the membership of club de ferias in August 2017, worth rupees 50,000. Since then i have tried booking several times, non of there customer support provides a proper information, infact one of there employees has cheated me with bookings by promising that the booking in confirm and just few days before travel he when I tried to call him he was not picking up the call. And ultimately I have did my bookings through other sites and I have lost my money.

    I stay in Mumbai, please suggest me how do file a case against them from Mumbai ?

    I also have one more member who had taken the membership of 150000 and facing the same issue.

    I have also taken the membership of club de ferias a division of OMEGA LEISURE & HOSPITALITY PVT. LTD. in Jan.2018, worth rupees 72500/-. Since then i have tried booking several times, non of there customer support provides a proper information, infact one of there employees has cheated me

    Please stop these false allegations, before company takes action against you on Defamation. Your queries are being handled and appropriate solution is also given to you on phone conversations and by email.

    You can talk to the officer incharge anytime

    Rather than talking to people, from whom you will not get your issue solved, wouldn’t it will be better to Please address your issue on [email protected] and we shall get back you you at the earliest.
    We have quite a large number of members who have taken our holiday system and enjoyed their holidays in India and abroad.
    Similar to us there are other companies like Club Mahindra with more than 3 lakh members. Of-course the system is the best way to holiday.
    comments from a few people with vested interest to defame others does not make a company bad.

    Hello,
    Ruchi here from Indore.
    Me and my husband bought this membership almost 3 years back by paying Rs.1.5Lac. we have taken one week holiday in Phuket, 5 Days in Dubai and 5 Days in Ckub Mahindra resort in Medikeri. we had enjoyed all 3 holiday arranged by Club de Ferias and their representatives.
    The fact is these 17 days holidays was worth more than 1.5 lac i paid for the membership. its a good system provided you know how to use it.
    Please use the system and then comment as all the comment that i see here is of people who have not used the system. its the same case like people wanting Padmawati movie to be banned without watching it !!!!!!!!!!!!

    after reading this review, i called my club representative and he told me there are more than 10 lakh people in India and millions of people all around the world who holiday in similar manner, and not to get worried by few pessimistic remarks by people who dont use this system.

    I am Rahul,

    I have also taken the membership 2 days back n after getting the membership i came to hotel and searched them on google and there i saw your complaints about this company is being fraud..

    So i went yesterday at their office again and they said if you want we can refund you the money after deducting the 5000 administration fee..

    They said their boss mr bhalla’s home is in mumbai which is lake bloom society f wing room no.1103,and this the registered office also of their company and it will take 30days to process it..I will visitmr bhalla’s house..

    We had taken the membership in Oct 2017 and could not avail the package facility till now because of ZERO response of emails and calls. the frustration is increasing and we are loosing trust after reading all the negative feedback.
    Could you please share the CORRECT contact details (EMAIL + PHONE) to make the bookings please.

LTD, don’t fall for the trap is Big scam running in goa, i have been cheated 1lakh rs for 5years package, while taking package they mentioned 1lakh will be converted in interest free EMI which dint happen, when cross checked with bank, they don’t have any tie up with any bank or any of the Club what they promise while selling, i have cross checked with club Mahindra and country club till date they don’t have a website form last 2months website is under-maintenance only, Biggest fraudster is Gaurav bhalla and Parag Navare, they never answer call not even respond to mail, trust factor is not there, not even proving mumbai office address,

    Gaurav Bhalla you guys are forcing me to book a complaint, against you and your company or refund my money back take your cancellation charges.

    Its my second time for hotel booking through you , but both the time result is same ,you refused to book hotel according to my plan .
    and not getting proper response from your side , if you cant able to provide proper services timely which you committed at the time of joining then please refund our amount which we pay at taking member ship . other wise we will go for some legal action against you .

    Club De ferias is totally fraud company,who makes the people fool by giving attractive schemes which they never fullfilled.
    They cheated the people by giving wrong promises.
    Whenever we wants to book holiday,they never give proper response and never provide any service.they are the worst people.

    Hey guys,

    This is totally fraud company because when I went to there office in Goa for cancellation of my membership mr Parag And ms Divya said you can cancel the membership from mumbai itself because they have office in Mumbai and all the refunds we process from there and now ms Divya is saying we don’t have any office in mumbai and Mr Parag is not answering the calls..

    Hi guys..it’s completely true, this is a fraud company. I have been in touch with Gaurav bhalla until couple of days back and he’s saying he’s just an employee and has spoken to faiyaz nawab the owner for my refund and will get back to me. Since then his phone is switched off…I have taken a membership for 65000/- last year and their sales rep Ms. Deepiksha has confirmed that the company is closed down and all sales staff has left due to non payment of salaries for 2 months. I have been trying to book a holiday since January for March which didn’t happen, than for June for which they have told that they are waiting for Booking voucher since February Nd now no response. Since I live in Dubai, I had requested for a 2 nights stay in a hotel for 26th to 28th April..I received an email from club de ferias after several phone calls confirming my stay and that the booking voucher will follow…today it’s 29th April but no response form them. There are couple of ladies Ms. Khushi and Ms. Richa who I believe are the only ppl left in the company to give false promises. Once they promise they will never anwser your phone and u will keep chasing them like crazy but they won’t answer their phone…Guys let’s teach them a lesson and get United to fight and get back our hard earned money.     I hav a vry wild experience too… dis guy named Nirav hav been playing games on giving bookings … also they don’t reply to your calls plus …. this people ain’t givin me my user id n password n are saying that d their site is under maintenance….. this is a fraud game goin…. ne one who wan to verify dis can confirm dis personally.

    We too are facing the same issues. Initially I booked with them for Pune in March. They kept assuring me till the last moment that the booking is confirmed, but last minute they said they can’t and I had to book elsewhere paying high price. Now from 3 months I am trying to get reservations for Panchgani but haven’t received any confirmation n phones are going unanswered. We have paid 2lacs plus membership. Mr Bhalla, Mr Nirav would you please answer???

    there are many issues related to this , would like to tell in detail on phone, and sure we will come together and try to get our money back.

    already I have taken legal action against them , but in detail i would like to make you all aware .

    Have taken a membership with Club De Ferias in Aug 2017 and unlike others me too an suffer. Took a membership for 65000 for 5 years.
    Am not able to connect with any of their representatives and now clueless. Have lost our hard earned money.

    This site absolutely fraud. My sister too cheated by rascal people. We should unite and file complaint against fraudsters.

    I have very nice experience, got booking confirmation within 3 to 4 days with Hotel Booking Vouchers, no issue at all. Not fraudulent at all, don’t spread rumors.
