Name of company/service: Gifts to Bangolore city
Gifts to Bangolore city is an online gifts delivery site, I have placed an order on 11th Apl 2013 of 1500rs, money got deducted from my back but gifts are not delivered as of now. I called to the customer care numbers given in the site but no one is answering. I have send an SMS saying need to send the gifts from hyderabad to Chennai immediate the called me back and I started asking about the order I have place then immediatedly he cut the call.
100’s of time I am calling but no answer I have sent so may mail not reply.
In this way Gifts to Bangolore city is cheating the customer.
