Fraud Calls from Tis Hajari Court

Name of company/service: Tata Telecom

Hi,
I just got a call from a person saying that he is from tis hajari court, new Delhi. I have some dues from my connection which were because my connection was not disconnected even after giving my request a month ago. Now this guy called me up and gave me a number of a supposed government advocate named Ankita Verma number 8459055137 and said I have to be present for court hearing tommorrow.

Are they supposed to make such calls because when enquired, I cannot find any such person.

    I also got the call from the same number..she claimed that she is a investigation officer speaking from delhi court..and after that she just hung up
    .I tried call her many times she never replied
