Dear Sir,
We regret to inform your good office that we have been cheated by some unknown source from Delhi( 911143225100 ) by swiping Rs 5500/- from my AXIS credit card Number is 4718610001747857).The sequence of events are explained as under for your perusal.
(1) On 8th October 2011 a telephone call was received indicating that because of our nil overdues a gift is being issued and that a telephone call would be given regarding this.The gift is Reebok Shoes & Discount coupons.
(2) An SMS was received from the AXIScredit card providing a one time password.
(3) The same was collected by another telephone call from us.
(4) To our surprise we find that Rs 5500/- has been swiped without consent and knowledge.
In view of the above we request your good self to kindly punish the guilt for the offence and help us for the necessary reversal of the debited amount of Rs 5500/- and oblige.
I have even immedietely informed the Axis Bank but they are not doing it. Pl do the needful.
