I had already two connections with the tata sky people from the year 2007-2008. I ordered for 3RD Add on connection on 29th may and the installer from the co. came on 30th may n installed the connection but it was in a fraud name Vinod who does not reside in my premises.the money or Rs 700 which he recharged was used by this ID in a months time because of this fraud s dues N the balance amount of Rs 1800 was never recharged . now my tata sky connection has been deactivated and I cannot ger it recharged in a Fraud s name since last 15 days I have been talking to different employees of tata sky and although the fault is from there end no action has been taken. I have paid 4815 for the set top box and Rs 2500 for the yearly recharge but then also I an suffering because of thier employees fraud. the rd connection is in name of person whose adress os in prabhadevi and so how the connection can be given in wadala?
