Name of company/service: Samsung Mobile Service Centre
I have a Samsung Smartphone GALAXY POP. In the first year after purchase I took the phone to the Samsung Mobile Service Center ,located near Fountain Chownk,Mahindra Park, Pitam Pura Delhi 110034, for various defects in the phone. On my fourth Visit to the service center they changed the motherboard of my mobile phone due to various problems I was facing in the phone in the last month of warranty period of my phone but they did not gave me any receipt of the new motherboard. After three months Keys in my phone again started showing defects.I went to the service center again and this time they said that I had my phone’s IFC opened from some outside repairman and company will not give any free repair on this motherboard,but I never went to any outside repairman.I asked them to show me the proof that its opened before but they refused.I doubt that they had provided me a repaired motherboard before.What can I do in this case please suggest.
