Fraud by Coxand kings refuse to pay me back my 200000/-

(Please note: the set of documents was not handed over to me and my billings all were in that set. )
Need justice and refund of hard end Money, has tour cancelled because of Lethargic attitude of Visa manager Mr.Murali.
Sir,
Regarding Fund refund of my Hard end money, which has been refused and cheated me informing 100% Cash back and 50% discount. NEED JUSTICE
I have Approached Cox&Kings in the month of November with the belief of its brand image and reputation I took my companion my friend taking responsibility to travel the honeymoon to Europe with Cox& Kings as the best reputed Travel agency total 4 of us planned to travel Europe and decided to travel with cox&kings
In Month of November we went to Annanagar Branch Chennai Tamilnadu India, they offered us 50% Discount on Europe Whirl Tour Package we took time to decide and conform , after their follow-ups and promise we went again to them and got the clear details
As Per their Promise and later refused and cheated with lethargic behavior of visa process:
1. 50% Discount on Europe Tour and forced me to pay the advance of 3000 per person and book the slot so the it will conformed under 50% discount in hurry up they took 16000rs/- from us and informed it will booked and conform us back taking our own time
Else will refund the Amount in the mean time they took Signature informing it is just a booking form for the tour as weren’t ever of such things and first experience to travel aboard and travel agency , we forcefully signed the form in hurry and without knowledge believing
Cox&kings will Take Care, we can have happy journey

2. After all conversation we moved on and applied the Documents for visa process as per the instruction guided by Mr.Muthia annanagar branch Manager and Visa In charge Mr.Murail from Chetpet Head office Chennai,
2.1 They Informed us to take Fixed deposit of newly for 1 Lakh Rupee and submit all the documents with FD, we paid 210000rs/- to Cox &kings though it was enough to be paid of only 156000/-rs for 4 passengers, we were made to Paid More than 200000/- apart from Booking fee 12000/-rs
2.2 We just followed as per their instruction and they promised to get the visa, when we Questioned if vise is rejected what will happen they informed us 6000/- visa fee per passenger and only 3000/- booking fee will be detected and prior to 45 days of visa rejection will refund the whole amount, they insisted that Amount will refunded in cash or cheque,
3. Kind of service they approached with us was big mental tension were we realized that I have made a mistake with joining them cox&kings
3.1 After the checklist and conformation from annanagar branch manager Mr.muthia we took the documents to the chetpet, I have been made to travel from here and there to submit the documents which is not my duty though we suffered and reached to the head office in Chennai and met Mr.murali visa manager and submitted the documents after all verification from Mr.Muthia , but he again refused to collect the documents noticing all the documents are wrongs and cannot be validated he refuse to take the FD since it is new

FD OF 200000/- REFUSAL SINCE IT WAS NEW FD BUT WHY MR.MUTHIA INTNED TO TAKE US THE FD????
3.2 AGAIN AND AGAIN I WAS SUFFERING TO TAKE THE VISA THOUGH I HAVE APID THE SERVICE CHARGERS TO COX&KINGS TO DO ALL THESE PROCESS BUT I MYSELF WENT AGAIN AND AGIN TO CHETPET WHICH VERY LONG AND 2ND TIME I RESUBMITTED THE DOCUMETS BY THE TIME 2MONTHS OVER
3.3 I WAS MENTALLY DISTURBED BY THE TIME AND COMPLAINT TO THE Chennai regional manager and he promised and apologized us, further continued to travel and assured to get us the visa and will take to Europe,
3.4 Even after which they sent us to UK embassy without any appointment and guidance.
3.5 Was They sent us their informing they have taken appointment go there by 6.00Am morning and enter , as per the Date and time we reached
3.6 To The surprising we came to know that they have NOT TAKEN ANY APPOINTMENT FOR US
I HAVE TO Move manually
Is THIS KIND OF SERIVCE BEEN TREATED WITH THE CUSTOMER THE TOTALLY CHEATED ME AND FRUSTATED US.
4. AFTER WEEK VISA REJECCTED
5. REASON FOR REJECTION WAS BANK STATEMENT NOY ENOUGH FUND
Mean Visa manager has not checked our documents and didn’t verify with bank all details a
And even the senior manager singed duly stating that all documents was verified and checked and duly the form was signed by both the managers without verifying or neglecting their Job.
WHY DIDN’T COX&KINGS FAILED TO QUESTION THE MANAGER FOR REJECTION AND NOT VERIFYING THE DOCUMENTS PROPERLY .
ALL DUE TO NEGLIGANCE I SUFFERED AND MY VISA REJECTED.

Finally my visa was rejected and immediately intimated an mail to cox&kings to cancel since visa rejection it was all done prior to 50days.
After all I rechecked with cox&kings to travel only Europe what is the next plan but no response I repeatedly mailed to customer service of cox&kings but NO help
Then finally I approached to the again and ask the refund the directly refuse to refund my harden money , I was shock and helpless regarding the same I am wondering 2 Lakhs rupee loss , it was embarrassing to my friend and I have pay him on my own pocket as punishment I took him to cox&kings along with me.
After many complaint to head office finally they offered me to travel any other place where am not interested I informed and regarded my depression due to this month’s I was keep on roaring for months,
Due to emergency I requested to refund my cash it’s my money please take the visa fee and service charges for nothing done 3000/- per passenger total of 9000/- I Was ready to bare the amount but they are saying per passenger 22000/-rs will detected NOTHING WAS BOOKED UNDER MY NAME BEFORE DOING ANYTHING I MAIL THEM INFORMING MY VISA REJECTED PRIOR TO 50DAYS. AND ALOS I GAVE CONFORMATION DATE TO TRVAEL ONLY ON THE DAY OF VISA APPLICATION INTERVIEW. SO THEIR NO CHANCE OF BOOKING ANYTHING UNDER MY NAME AND SINCE IT WAS A GROUP PAKAGE IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND POOR SERIVCE.
Am in very crucial position and mentally affected with this and amount locked, my business has alos suffered due to this and health.
Since my family wealth is not good and my wife health is affected am in very urgency of money and my HARDEND MONEY IS BEING WITH YOU AND NEGLECTING TO REFUND.

In all the way I have affected not given proper service each and every work I have made to done , when I stepped in to each every step and my hard feelings and mental tension and agony , I have to approach the court for the justice, I hope company can understand who the customer has suffered
One day I read the newspaper same man was suffering like my situation and read the details in the newspaper and came to know the company reputation I approached was totally wrong and BIGMISTAKE TOUR FRIM TO PAY 6LAKH COMPENSATION Name: V.THANGAVEL swamy retired Professor , I felt very ashamed to gone the company which suffers all the customer.
I have decided to go beyond the extent and I will fight for the justice a company with such a brand image is been cheating the consumers.
They same I have affected with service by both the branch of Chennai annanagar and chetpet I requested to make an enquiry on both these branch managers and justify the case
All am in very need of my money and I need full pack back of my money I was ready to accept the visa fee plus service charges though I know am been cheated though I accepted to pay the sum of money but 22000/- is too bug now I want my refund with interest for 8 months .

In my last mail cox&kings annanagar has offered they will not detect any money but with same amount what you have you have to take other trip, again they are planning to fool me again. How it is possible to take a trip again after everything is cancelled. When they can take to another trip without detecting my money then why cant they refund my money this is totally cheating, I Myself is in very trouble situation and in need of money for my family and my family is very need of their harden money please understand the situation for you its extra income by cheating but for us it is life, hope can understand the feelings, due to this I have crossed most difficult stage in my life
I have decided to take this matter to any extent and fight for justice, since I have not got any service from cox&kings no appointment for visa and no verification of my documents been done by all . I want all the managers to justify the reason and why things have not been done. No one was taken care of me and made to go around heading office often carrying the documents. From annanagar to chetpet very pathetic service.
I have decided to take this matter to media and consumer court and want highlight the defects and service given by cox&kings . am writing this letter to correct the place and punish the in charge and manager and get my cash back as per promised and they blackmail me saying you signed the documents you cannot do anything’s you will failed and also if you go to court to have to travel Mumbai this kind of DOMINATING ME AND FRIGHTED US NOT TO TAKE ANY ACTION.

Failing to justify us will have face the consequence in consumer court, it is an official note to get the own harden money. If Filing to take necessary action or to respond within 1 week and immediate money back without any delay, I will be forced to take the matter to appropriate forum to seek justice.

{Humble Request never send any customer to uk embassy without appointment and never hurt customers, they are one who bought you up, the tears given by your company please don’t repeat with any one
Am just aged of 26 years barring a big loss of 2LAKHS RUPEE AND awaited what to be done for 8 months. }
