I Vijay Jain residing at Kurukshetra had applied for the vacation membership of 30 years at Country Vacations. Mr. Ashish Srivastava was our Sales Executive( Assistant Sales Manager). We had paid the amount of Rs.1,20,000 through HDFC Credit card online considering 18 interest free E.M.Is as promised by him as per their tie up with bank. My application number is 26805 and temporary reference number is 063-2093 and membership number is CCDL10V30LB12552.I had paid the amount on 11th June 2012. I was promised to get my membership card within a week but a period of 30 days has passed and my card has not been issued yet.
But now we have received the call from HDFC bank to pay full amount as they do not have any such tie ups.We are unable to pay the amount in one time and this result in interest and late payment charges and monetary losses and mental torchure with Hypertension and hospitalization. I request the forum to kindly look into the matter.
I will be happy if I get all my money with interest and compensation for the mental torchure i have been suffering.
