I Vijay Jain residing at Kurukshetra had applied for the vacation membership of 30 years at Country Vacations. Mr. Ashish Srivastava was our Sales Executive( Assistant Sales Manager). We had paid the amount of Rs.1,20,000 through HDFC Credit card online considering 18 interest free E.M.Is as promised by him as per their tie up with bank.
But now we have received the call from HDFC bank to pay full amount as they do not have any such tie ups.We are unable to pay the amount in one time and this result in interest and late payment charges and monetary losses and mental torchure with Hypertension and hospitalization. I request the forum to kindly look into the matter.
I will be happy if I get all my money with interest and compensation for the mental torchure i have been suffering
