Name of company/service: Cisco APAC-ABL Financial Services
I had given an opportunity to work with CISCO Services on the payroll of
ABL financial. I got the appointment letter on my email id with the Joining
date mentioned 03rd June2013. I resigned to my present company. But on 23rd
May2013 they informed me on telephonically not officially that my appointment letter
has been canceled because CISCO got negative feedback about me in Ref Chk which is done by HireRight.
I retrieved that Report to HireRight but the report was Positive. I also
sent the same report to concern person in CISCO but they are not interested
to reply.
Till date i didnt get in written about cancelation of my appointment
letter.
I lost my job in the present company because i had been resigned after
getting the appointment letter from ABL(CISCO)
I WANT A REASON IN WRITTEN. IF MY REF CHK REPORT IS NEGATIVE THEN SAME I
WANT. IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PERSON DUE TO ANY REASON IF HE/SHE FIRED BY ANY
ORGANISATION
