This in with reference to my ticket# TE8F89948999, booked on 17-Jul-2012, travel date 18-Jul-2012, Del to Bareilly.
I had a conversation with Manoj with Kalpana Travels who informed me that he has started with a new route to Nainital and he would deport me at Moradabad, refund me with Rs.100/- to take a local bus to Bareilly.
This would cause me a lot of inconvenience and harassment. When asked for refund, he asked me to speak to Redbus with his reference and they would refund me with 100%.
I called redbus up, on several occasions after that, and finally spoke to rajiv, who said was a manager, said he was coordinating with the operator.
I can’t wait for long as I have to plan my journey. When asking for 100% refund, Rajiv refused.
Its your fault for partnering with a fraud operator. if he’s started a new route which would be diverting, he should mention that in the booking portal. And redbus is supporting that. And its none of my fauilt. Give me 100% refund immediately failing which I shall approach the court of law, also seeking compensation for blocking my funds and spoiling my itinery.
