I would like to draw your kind notice that, we purchased 100Nos Office Laptop Bag of Polyester Fabric with Coating (Denier Fabric No 1680) for our employee & clients vide Invoice no NSG/18-19/011 dated 01-Nov-2018 & NSG/18-19/011 dated 02-Nov-2018 with Rs.46000/- plus 12% GST Rs. 5520/- Total Rs. 51550/- from
M/s NRK SYSTEMS,

After 7days of getting BAG from supplier we found there is some major quality issues in the BAG related to stitching and thread which is unusable for users.
Now we are asking supplier to refund our money or give the replacement of 100nos BAG with good quality but supplier is not ready to give neither replacement of BAG not money back.
I would like to request your good self to look into the matter & give us a suitable solution
