I hold a tata docomo 3 g dongle 8237090188 which was purchased at a heavy amt. Am presently travelling and had informed the company on their main call center. that i need to disconnect the device temperory for 3 months as i am not getting their network newhr dat i travel. They registered a complaint and call back was made to me. They asked me to pay the current bill which was amounting 1416 following which they will disconnect. I paid the bill and again called them and mailed dem to disconnected. Same day again i got a call back saying they received the payment and my connection will be disconnected for 3 month in safe custody for which they will charge me nominal Rs 100 something per month. I agreed to that and dey confirmed that i will no further be charged 1500 which was my plan. but the next month i received a bill on my email for Rs1462 again. I mailed them and told dem was device was disconnected.They have mailed another bill for Rs2987. They have stopped responding to my mails. They just keep sending me bills even though device was disconnected. Kindly help and guide what action can be taken against this fraud.
