Matrix Cellure has given me UK Sim for 500/- rental for every 15 days usage. Free usage were 500 minutes for 15 days. But they have charged me heavily after 500/- minutes which is after 15 days. At the time of Purchase of sim card, they told me that your trip to UK is for 28 days so you will get 500+500=1000 minutes free to call india. But they have charged very high amount after completing 500 minutes for rest of the calls.
i have asked for Justification and they are unable to provide valid reason and hiding their fault.
They are miss using my credit card and taking payment unnecessary.
Please log this case against them and take strict against this fraud company. They should not be allowed to cheat the customer.
