Fraud bill generation

Name of company/service: Reliance India Mobile

Sir,
My name is Pankaj Kumar Srivastava, my MDN No. is 7668286681. This is a number of Reliance GSM Mobile. On date 09/07/2012 at 12:46 A.M. I’ve checked my unbilled usage and it was Rs50.35. But on date 10/07/2012 at 11:27 P.M. it was Rs1830.51.
I dialed toll-free number 198 and talked to Mr. Wasim from Kolkatta
call centre as disscussed the problem. He told me that he can’t help
me untill the bill is generating and this will be done on 14/07/2012. I asked him to log the complaint regarding the matter that “How the bill is raising this much?”, but he refused my request and said that the all the matters for related the bill will be sattelled after the bill generation. But they barred my outgoing by 11/07/2012 mid-night.
Yesterday on 16/07/2012 I’ve checked my bill statement on email and it was Rs2403.00 to be paid on or before 01/08/2012 and after that it will be paid with a late fine of Rs 100.00.
Again I request on 198 to the customer care to deduct Netconnect usage and “W18bollywood service” which I’m saying every time that it is wrongly charged and I can not use Internet on my mobile as I don’t have proper settings but she refused to deduct the charge of netconnect.
Sir, I request you to please look into the matter and provide justice to me. I never use any other services on my mobile other than talking even I don’t use voice mail service, and I’m also affraid that Reliance company can manipulate the usage of Internet for that they have charging me highly, and they are not willing to help me out from this problem.
