Fraud and delay in supply of spares

companies service center has taken the cost of new spares and return the old spare duly repaired but same did not work more then 24 hours and after that they are telling that the new spare is comming from co but till expiry of 2 months nothing has been done. our first complain date is 28th march,2012 and our last complain date is 22nd May,2012 which is still showing pending in the record of company. this complain is for window air conditioner and our complain no is ELKW 220520120001. my email id is [email protected] and mobile no is 9336117772
