Fraud and Cheating By TATA DOCOMO & TATA TELESERICE for PHOTON PLUS

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have been badly suffered by the Tata Teleservice Tata Docomo Photo Plus Collection Department for Non Payment of Bills which I have never used and even after my disconnection request. Kindly Brought this in day light that even Organization like TATA Group has started sucking blood of common people. what a shame for Tata Sons.

Please refer below mails and help me to get them the message clear and loud that they are working under Indian Constitution.

Because of their continious threat I fall sick and suffering from Blood sugar as high as 600 PP.

I am very much in tension and suffering from fear sycosis.

I had requested for safe custody and disconnection as below.(Please read mail below)

Dear Sir,It is real pain to inform you that despite of your confirmation of Zero Billing (see below mail). I am getting a Bill and regular call from your collection department. This is utter harrasment from company like Tata Docomo. Please note that any further such call will compel me to go to consumer court for penal actions. Your team is calling me every now and then in between important meetings despite of the fact that our Phot plus connection is under safe custody and on Zero billing. Please discontinue this account and close this for ever as I am not interested to go with such unprofessional service provider. I hope you will treat this as final confirmation from my side to discontinue the service permanently with out any further billing and financial or other commitments.
