Fraud against their policy

I have registered my profile on shaadi.com. After registration they asked me to buy a membership so that I can get access to their features and get the matches regarding my preference. But as soon as I have bought the membership there is no such situation that they had promised and when I’m asking for refund they claim that it’s against their policy
