Sir/madam
I Archana Jaiswal ,had purchased a mobile phone named Panasonic P66 from a shop situated at 6, C.R. Avenue, Emall ,1st floor, shop no.107A, kolkata-700072.At the time of purchase the company promised me for a year warranty and insurance for my phone and charged ₹699 for my said insurance premium.
But now at the time of service the company is refusing it. Now I’m feeling cheated.
So, l request you to please take strong steps against the company immediately so that the damaged parts can be repaired immediately as
the time period is going to expire on 9/6/2017.
