I puschased an ac of samsung. No doubt with samsung service samsung give excellent service but i am not satisfy with the retail shop that i have mentioned and that is neaxt retail store. they said that we will give you a gift a taperware dinner set within 15 days of purchase bt now it became 3 month still i did’nt get that gift. whenever i call. They said that we have some problem. plese help me.
