I ordered this product on 20/06/2012 and received the same on 28/06/2012 through speed post and within 1hr of receiving i called the helpline to log complaint as the product was not as per the asked size and color and they logged the same sharing Complaint ID and mentioning that their backend team will call back for further action. I have called this non customer friendly helpline many a times but i am still at their mercy, i received the call on 29th from backend team (James) mentioning that they have checked with the vendor and product is fine and after explaining the same to him he assured that he’ll again speak to the vendor and will get back in 48hrs time. i have been asking them to take the product back and refund the money paid Rs. 1698/- (Under their policy 15days money back Guarantee no Questions asked) and if that is not possible then i’ll buy something else form them for the same amount. i have spend more than Rs.100/- calling their non performing helpline but what i get is false commitment and fake assurances.
