  5. I am also one of the buyer at Falcon realty. This builder is the big fraud …please stay away from Mr Bheem and Ms Shalini…they are cheaters. I have invested with them in 2011..and after almost 4 years..there is no update..and now when i am asking for refund with interest,,,falcon has refused.   6. I Agree with KS, Things in Falcon are Dicey, If they own a land in Bhiwadi they should look for mutual growth and start construction work at site. I have invested 10.2 lacs in 2011 in ABAY project but there are no signs of construction getting started. If your mob number or email id is saved with them they will not bother to reply u back nor they will pick up your calls. I think we all should unite and move to court to get our hard-earned money back.

    Richa, KS -I had a site visit last month and saw there was no construction work going on for ABAY1 and work for ABAY 2 has even not started.

    I had invested in ABAY2 in 2011 and recently got to know from the Falcon management that presently investor dosent want the construction to start for projects like ABAY2 , sakura , gulmohar etc due to reason that there is not enough industry developed in the region and value for an empty building depritiates fast.

    Im not sure on the exact reasons for this delay but after a visit to Beeranwas(Kotkasim) it seems to be right as lot of other projects planned there have not yet started. So in my opinion if we can get this confirm that there is a valid reason for delay and Falcon is not bankrupt or a Fraud then we all can wait for some more time (may be next year end) before actually moving to high court.

    I have invested with falcon in gulmohar woods now price of property in this project is hot last week I visited to locality and find out from govt officers and bankers that Rs4000crore award for 3900 acre land acquisition for MBIR of DMIC they were saying that this project is heart of MAKE IN INDIA a prestigious project of PM Modi they say about developer falcon is master developer in this area having 30million sq ft develapable FSI in the region and group is owner of 2 sectors a High Density Mix land use sector 135A &142A Greater Bhiwadi Global eco city is Rs7500crore projects prestige of Rajasthan Govt (Mass housing) limitless growth be happy you are safe zone (project)

    1 k s they says KS is a default Dr of instalment and panicky person.
    2. Richa salvi is a fake blogger and cyber criminal no record in this name exist in developer record.
    3 Dr Suryà is no customer it is just like time pass on the net.
    Gurpreet you must go and meet them personal talk to them a bout you fear and concern I am sure you will get solution.
    Doing this will harm your product and it’s values.

  12. Hi Rahul, Thanks for posting the dev. work planned. Delay in any project is a natural cause of worry to any customer, Management should reach out to customers with a cause or get it posted on website. After a visit to site- kotkasim lots of my doubts are clear as the development work for other builders have not yet started. Moreover I’m keeping an eye on ABAY1 (PPP based) which Falcon is saying to deliver next year. I hope people understand the situation and invest with FALCON for left over units. Falcon management should keep the updates posted on web-site for customers to avoid media, fake rumors.

In present time only single staff in office and if somebody is planning to came office they hired people for show. Presently myself along with all the staff is quit from falcon. I request you to withdraw yourself ASAP because they are planning to quit from market due to huge amount of government dues & lots of unpaid assured return and cancellation of booking amount. Lumsum 5cr liabilities and incoming is zero. PPP project is also about to cancelled due to non completing on time. If you have any queries contact me through email.     As per the agreement people should have got there home by now…is there any penalty all investors should get from FALCON ? Why should Falcon be trusted anymore ? There websites are DOWN.. No reply over calls or mails ? People seems to be traped after investing with Falcon..the is no point in staying back in Favour of Falcon…It seems the person who started this thread was right ?

  22. Guys….whether you believe or not, its ur problem but Builder is writing here with different names to cover-up this entire mess. All negative comments here are genuine and positive are fake by builder. Those who have already invested, go file cases in the court or consumer forum and those who are thinking to invest beware unless you have lot of money to pay to this builder as charity (as all your money will be gone). As Mr Piramal above (I guess you all aware of, who is the finance manager at Falcon and has left because their salaries are also not paid) has mentioned, their office got sealed last weekend on the order of high court. Builder is in the process of paying the buyer and hence the seal was allowed to be removed temporary. Don’t keep guessing or assuming thing, use your mind and take action if you still want ur money back. Regards

    They know project very well, time of development very well, its truly centre of make in india of MODI (PM of India) growth is sure and definite for this Eco city. a Truly Smart City of DELHI NCR.

    A simple reply expected by all buyers to end blame game and reveal the facts out.

    1. Date of start and end of construction for all Falcon projects and date of completion of PPP because people are receiving reply from Falcon as 3 mahine mai hoga posession, 6 mahine, 2015 mai paaca hoga bla bla… But construction has not even started yet…Give a clear and crisp reply?
    2. Penalty return date for buyers who are waiting for last 5 yrs and have paid the due amount till date ?

    If people in Falcon management are visionary and feel the pulse of growth and are not FRAUD they must be having some plan and reply to above queries ?

    No reply will be considered as Daal maie Kaala and Parimal kishor is correct…

    @above: you are going to get nothing.None of your queries will be answered either .Bhim and shalini are big FRAUD. People who deal with them know the fact.Move to court and take your money back with interest.

    If new buyers have lot of money and want to waste it then give it to Bhikhari bhim and shalini. They have lot of lust for money at the cost of consumer interest.

    @All: Yo will never get your money back unless you fight for it. This Builder Bheem is not a straight fwd who will return your money even if you are correct in all aspects.

    If you still think you can wait for next 10 years so that he completes his projects, still u are mistaken. There is no guarantee in quality of delivery and the proceedings further.Lots of obstacles are awaited

    On 21st January, 2015, statement of counsel for the respondent
    to the effect that the respondent-company has assets of more than
    Rs.10,000/- cores and that it is desirous of settling the matter with the
    petitioners at the earliest was recorded; and the parties were referred
    to mediation. At the same time, it was made clear that in case no
    settlement is arrived at, the Managing Director of the company shall
    file his personal affidavit at least four weeks before the next date of
    hearing setting down all relevant particulars mentioned in that order.
    It was also directed that in case the affidavit is not forthcoming for
    any reason, the Managing Director shall remain present in Court on
    the next date of hearing; and the matter was posted for 8th May, 2015.
    CO.PET. 509/2014 page 1 of 4On 8th May, 2015, since the lawyers were abstaining from
    work, the matter was adjourned for today. However, the report of the
    Mediator stating that the matter has been settled between the parties
    on terms was taken on record on that date. A perusal of the report of
    the Mediator shows that the respondent has undertaken to pay the
    following amounts directly into the account of the petitioners:
    “a) Rs. 1,00 ,000/- on or before 15.03 .2015.
    b) Rs. 2,50 ,000/- on or before 15.04.2015.
    c) Rs. 2,50,000/- on or before 15.05.2015.
    d) Rs. 1,50,000/- on or before 15.06.2015.”
    This settlement has also been signed by Mr. Bhim Yadav,
    Director of the respondent-company along with his Advocate.
    Today, counsel for the petitioners states that despite the
    aforesaid unequivocal settlement, the respondent has only paid a sum
    of Rs.1,00,000/- on 10th April, 2015 and, therefore, the aforesaid
    settlement stands violated.
    Counsel for the respondent states that his client has deposited a
    further sum of Rs.50,000/- in the account of the petitioners yesterday
    i.e. on 6th July, 2015.
    Under the circumstances, it is obvious that the aforesaid
    settlement has been violated by the respondent. Affidavit of the
    Managing Director setting down all the particulars as required by the
    orders passed by this Court on 21st January, 2015 is not forthcoming.
    The Managing Director has also not bothered to appear before this
    Court despite directions to do so passed on 21st January, 2015.
    CO.PET. 509/2014 page 2 oUnder the circumstances, counsel for the petitioners states that
    the respondent has been making repeated commitments ever since the
    year 2013, but has failed to discharge its liabilities.
    To my mind also, it appears obvious that the respondent is
    avoiding payment of its liabilities, and is not interested in paying its
    admitted debts. It is obvious that the respondent has no respect for
    the sanctity of the judicial process or for the orders passed by this
    Court.
    Under the circumstances, the petition is admitted. The Official
    Liquidator attached to this Court is appointed as the Provisional
    Liquidator. He is directed to take over all the assets, books of
    accounts and records of the company forthwith. The citations be
    published in the Delhi editions of the newspapers ‘Statesman’
    (English) and ‘Veer Arjun’ (Hindi), as well as in the Delhi Gazette, at
    least 14 days prior to the next date of hearing. The cost of
    publication is to be borne by the petitioner who shall tentatively
    deposit a sum of 75,000/- with the Official Liquidator within 2
    weeks, subject to any further amounts that may be called for by the
    liquidator for this purpose, if required. The Official Liquidator shall
    also endeavour to prepare a complete inventory of all the assets of the
    respondent company when the same are taken over; and the premises
    in which they are kept shall be sealed by him. At the same time, he
    may also seek the assistance of a valuer to value all assets to facilitate
    the process of winding up. It will also be open to the Official
    Liquidator to seek police help in the discharge of his duties, if he
    CO.PET. 509/2014 page 3 ofconsiders it appropriate to do so. The Official Liquidator to take all
    further steps that may be necessary in this regard to protect the
    premises of the company.
    In addition, the directors of the respondent company shall file
    their statement of affairs within 21 days from today before the
    Provisional Liquidator. The respondent-company, as well its
    directors, are restrained from alienating, encumbering, or otherwise
    parting with possession of the assets of the company without the leave
    of Court.
    A copy of the petition along with annexures be supplied to the
    Official Liquidator.
    The Official Liquidator shall file a compliance report within
    one month from today.
    Re-notify on 11th December, 2015.
    A copy of this order shall be given dasti to counsel for the
    Official Liquidator /Official Liquidator, under the signatures of Court

    As per comments of petitition file by Mr AMit Goel I think we should approach him as already the client Kawaljeet got his money back so everyone should take their cases to Mr Amit Goel and get this solved as he directly the case in high court and got the results faster since lower court results will be delayed and will take many years…

    Hi I am also a victim of this fraud I invested rs 1.20 crores in 2007 in their project farms acacia 4 plots 3600 sy yards each for 30 lacs each since then I have been defrauded I took it all in good faith.but I have all the proofs to nail him and take ten times the penalty.I am waiting for the oppurtune moment to do so.lets all unite together becoz I hv no mercy now.I really trusted these fellows.

  56. A fraud is always a fraud he has not paid to any one at the same time enjoys the money and make mockery of the system claims he always move in rs 1cr car he is doing all this because we are not united be it homebuyers , material suppliers, consultants etc he cheats all of them
    Friends lets unite hope soon he is behind the bar for life as he has sucked the hard earned mo WY of lot of people
    Going from above complaints looks like he began book farmhouses for people —but never gave them
    Booked few scheems but never gave flats and bought land from that money also in his firm name / his name
    Now goes court settles one by one —he is enjoying and people are getting frustrated by the mockery of law
    Why he is not behind the bars
    Where is his office
    Is he paying rent or fooling more people to give house instead of rent

  59. I met Bhim Yadav with my boss, an arquitect from mauricius. Bhim was suposed to pay my salary (as high as a worker salary in my country, France).
    Bhim wanted to make money as a religion.
    In the beginning he wanted to make the whole city with his stolen name.
    He had a big Mercedes and a Big Audi 4X4, he brought us to the best Hotels and Restaurants. I said my boss it seams me he lies. My boss said me he is the best trader I know. For this big project, he just bought a small land : the owners of all the project where part of the society he created.
    He could have go high but was not so clever and educated for this.

    Myself Rajesh Rajhans this side I am also invest at global eco city. At Akhil Bhartiya Aawasiya Yogna. Yr’2011. And made full payment Yr”2013. With the promise of 5500 per month I will get Rental Amount.
    Mr. Bhim Singh Yadav and Mrs. Shalini Sharma fail to pay till date. Whenever She or He reply always takes 15 to 20 days.
    6 month back I visited myself at Brijnwas. But still work is going on.

    He is such a fraud that he has booked flats for innocent people in far east ( assam, manipur , meghalaya) he knows they wont take much pain to come and complaint
    More over such people make use of law to further cheat others dont getinto his mess
