I had purchased a Refrigerator through SUNNY VISION LG Shoppe on dated. 30.06.2012 and same date paid Rs. 15000 in cash. After 2 or 3 days I have noticed that Freezer is not working properly, I have lodge the complaint with the Shop at their phone no. 4033056 after 2 days they came to me and pickup the Fridge. After several reminders to the shop they deliver the Fridge again to me but the problem is as it. We again informed the shop and they again pick up the Fridge from me for service, after 5 day they return the Fridge to me without any solution.
Now even of frequent reminders through e-mail to customer care of LG at [email protected] , I am not getting any favorable response from them.
I deeply disappointed to Deal with LG. Now i am very frustrate with the situation. When i call to LG customer support Delhi at 011-26991412 no one reply me, please let me know what I do for take my money back OR replacement of Refrigerator ,for which I have already paid.
