Dear Sir,
I had an accident on 22 may 2013 with my bike. I gave my bike for repairing under insurance terms on next day i.e. 23 may 2013. They assured me to deliver my bike within one week which can extend 10 days maximum. Now it has been 15 days and I still did not get my bike back. The person belongs to workshop blames on insurance company and the surveyor of insurance company says that he did not get bill from workshop. I have to travel a lot due to my job and personal work. I am facing so many problem in the absent of my bike.
Kindly help me out and take action against these irresponsible people.
