My name is Gulshan, I am a widow female, residing at 1264B-1, First Floor, Sec-2, Ballabhgarh.
Sir, I purchased a dishtv setup box from DISHTV on 08.06.12 and i have paid 1725/- with installation. Now, they are not providing channels which are given in DISHTV brochures, after installation i was called to there service provider at three days but he is not responding and not picking the call & I loge the complaint at customer care of DISHTV and they are also not taking the action till today as on 12.06.12.
Sir, you are requested to please take an immediate action against their fraud product in which they are not providing the said channels and not providing the services also. They are only concern with money and cheat the customer.
Here i am request you to please help me take my money back from DISTV company.
