i Roshan mishra s/o mr Anil mishra(actual customer), i haVE PURCHASED ONE mahedra bhoomi putra tractor with tailor frm R. LAL &Co. bistupr jamshedpur 0n the date of 30-3-2011 and on that time i have paid total price of vehicle with the amount of insurance and registration, but after receiving the vehicle when i went to the R.lal&co. for receiving insurance paper then they demanded rs.11,000 for the insurance.
