Name of company/service: Reliance
My Reliance GSM SIM(+918817182882) is now out of service.Since past 20 days i was having problem of balance deduction.Rs.5 a day due to BIG FAT FREE SERVICE and my total balance deducted was around Rs.100.
Blackberry Services(Rs 398 plan) was also activated on my SIM.Total Reacharge i did on this SIM last month were more than Rs.700.Suddenly on 16 JAN 2012 my SIM went out of service.Daily i was contacting customer care through phone,e-mail and reliance centre but i didnt got any solution to my problem.
