I purchased an edurite 4 cd pack worth Rs 1099 for icse std 7.I was told that the pack contained 1 cd of maths and other 3 cds of phy/chem/bio.The demo which was provided was very good and appealing.I order the pack and it was delivered in 5 days. But to my surprise the 4 cd pack had only 2 cd (chem/maths wrking )there was 1 blank cd and other 1 cd with hopless geometery videos there were no bio/phys cds in it.I immediately called the sales manager and spoke to him about this and told him to refund me the amt,if there is no replacement.I was told that the complaint will be taken up by customer care dept,I even called the manager few times on his cell,but no response,there is response fr the customer care either.Pls look into the matter and help to stop this cheating bussiness in education field.
