Dear sir,
I had lodged a comlaint for non-operation of my Godrej refrigerator on 4th May, following which I was told by the company customer care to go for an AMC for which I had to pay 4900/- as for which I was assured services and replacement of damaged parts. Immediately after the same i had requested for service of my refrigerator as it was not cooling, my Customer Service Contract No-0305120175, the executive involved in the said transaction who did all kind of wrong and false committments are Rajnish-(9540397849), Arvind-(9212471523), Manoj Saini-(9212475173) all said employees of Godrej, all these employees of Godrej , as confirmed by them, had done miss-selling and given false commitments, my original compressor was replaced by them and no bill or any documents were given in context to replacement of the original compressor, to my understanding these are all fraudsters who are involved in duping people of their money. In 7 days of such replacement of the compressor the same has stopped functioning, no service have been provided against the said contract of AMC, I want immediate action and compensation for the physical and mental harassment.
The proper engineers are not been sent by the Godrej Company.
