Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

I am using an idea number and i recharged for a gprs pack which was not activated for over 12 hours(they promise to activate it instantly) in the meanwhile the company deducted about 60 rupees from my account on the grounds of using gprs. when contacted the customer service talked in a rude way with all sorts of reasons to support their case. Same happened on activating an sms pack and i was constantly being charged for my smss inspite of activating free sms pack… IDEA IS THE MOST FRADULENT CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER DUPING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!
