Forgery with Renewal of Health Insurance Policy.

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: National Insurance Co. Ltd.

Dear Sir,

National Insurance Co. Ltd. did not renew my health insurance policy within the due date for renewal.

The premium cheque was given to then much before the renewal date but they did not renew it on time & issued a fresh policy of mine.

I request you to please help me in this regards & arrange to provide me justice.
