Forfeited Deposit Money on Postpaid sim

Location/place: Guwahati,Assam

Name of company/service: Bhartiya sanchar Nigam Limited

Dear sir,

I have taken a connection of BSNL, postpaid sim.But now my deposit amount of Rs2000/- has been forfeited by the BSNL company.If we went BSNL office of Guwahati Branch they didnot give a reply.My BSNL cell no. is 9435013158 & my contact no. is 9864327075.

I hope u have taken some strict action on my complain.
