Name of company/service: The Coca Cola Company
I purchased a 2 litre bottle of Coca Cola on the 2nd of August 2012. But it contained some foreign material inside it. We were lucky enough that we did not consume the beverage or else we could have suffered from severe food poisoning. I contacted The Coca cola company through its helpline number on 4th of August 2012, and placed a complaint. They told me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but, no one contacted me. I called up 3 more times and again I was promised with a fake resolution time of 48 hours but they don’t even care to get in contact with the customer. The bottle of the beverage was manufactured on 14/5/2012 with a batch number BN0557JL. This is a case of utter negligence of customer’s complaints from the company’s side.
