I Pankaj Rathod taken personal loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited – Andheri Branch (0361 Br. Code) on April, 2010 worth Rs.1,65,000 at EMI of Rs.5,913 on every 5th of the month. (Loan A/c No. : 036 125 0000 45040)
I had foreclosed on 1st October, 2012 by making Full and Final payment of Rs.1,16,102/-. But still today they have not foreclosed my Loan, Not giving me NOC/Closer letter and They had charged additional ECS of Rs.5913 on 5th October which is not Refunded yet.
I had Visited many time the branch but no proper response received from branch. Branch manager is not aware from the matter and Operator is always giving me 7 Days period.
To improve my CIBIL score i had forclosed my Personal loan by taking Gold Loan but Since last 57 Days, my loan is still live and I also not got refund of Rs.5913.
I appreciate if you will take any necessary action to resolve my case (for Refund and NOC Letter).
