Name of company/service: big cinemas, ansal plaza, greater noida
Time 4:00 pm evening
Show ticket price 165 per ticket. But the same ticket is available @ 144 on book my show.
The main issue is dat i was forced to buy a meal consisting of a small pepsi and popkorn.. worth rs 55 per meal per ticket.
As per their rules the customers are bound to buy the meal along with the tickets…
so intotal if you need to watch a mvie u have to pay the ticket price as well as price of the meal compulsorily or u are denied from buyng the tickets..
today i paid 165*2=330 as ticketprice and additional rs 55*2=110 as comboticketprice meal price. i.e. a sum total of rs 440…
Such means are not good for consumers so please kindly look into the matter with concern…
