Forcefully billed for service not availed by user

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am Tata docomo GSM prepaid user.A Dating tips message is being sent to me without my consent and twice Rs.30 has been deducted from my account without any consent from me. I had not availed for the required service and still my balance is being deducted.
I have faith in Indian Judiciary and even though the amount is small i hope justice will be provided.
