I got one refrigerator financed from Bajaj Finance Ltd. I was told the EMI as Rs.3296. But they took out Rs.3904 from my bank through ECS. When I complained they told me that they have charged Rs. 608 for the life/Loan insurance and they will charge Rs. 608 for total of 10 months.This makes 6080.00 extra money. I never agreed for any insurance and they never told me before taking the loan.I think this is illegal and a sort of cheating. kindly help me
