hi,
i purchased Dell laptop on 01-01-2012. he sold defective laptop to me. i recognized it when it got dead in 5 months period. Even though dell provides 1 year warranty the merchant was not ready to provide that service. he was asking additional Rs 8000 for repairing it. (Without knowing the problem how come he will say 8000 rupees.)
Dell being a branded company it should not allow unauthorized dealers to sell dell brand laptops.
