For refund the money

I am Anupam Kumar Srivastava.
I have purchased a digital camera online from Timtara.com on 25/05/2012 but with in 20 days they have not sent me that ,as commitment in their web site.
SO on 19th June i have cancelled my order they said within 7 days you will get your money refunded but till 18 july(1 month) my money is not refunded.
I daily make a call to their customer support but they do not support me only say that “I am forwarding your request”.
