Sir,
I am Smt Radha Rani Agrawal. My shop is located at front of “Chahal-pahal Market”, near K.D. Complex, Goverdhan Chauraha, Mathura., I applied a application for providing electricity connection to DVVNL, Mathura whose Connection No. 304101, book No. 3101 dated 17-04-2009 for this connection I also deposited Rs. 2300 cash.
The department/DVVNL, Mathura in a period of 3 year neither provide electricity supply nor electricity meter. In this long period, we complaint many times to concern authorities of this department/ DVVNL, Mathura, but they never respond and not took any action on that matter. I am also applied for providing information regarding above concern through RTI Act 2005, but problem is still same yet.
Therefore, am kindly request to you that please provide us electricity supply along with electric meter as soon as possible and take necessary action according to rule against defaulters due to whom I have financial decay with mentally anguish.
