Respected sir,
i was using a postpaid cdma reliance cervice for a mobile no.9372467583 .
this no was out of cervice at that time in the month of 12 july 2011 time .to restart this no i went to the above mentioned reliance office.when i asked them to start my service,they told me to pay a charges of Rs 235 /-.thereafter i paid the same amount by debit card trans id pos 55226760104306951 ref 67.dated 12 jul 2011. at dat time he did not give me a bill saying that because of some mechanical problem can not generate a bill.eventhough after payment of bill,my no. has not activated.when i asked about that to reliance customer care. they told me that there is no such payment from my account.but when i have check my acount balance there is deduction of rs 235/- on the same date on the name of reliance infocom ltd.we i asked abot that in above mentioned office.he just saying that i will get back my money. Now one month over but still i have not get back my money till date
so kindly consider my complaints and take a necessory action.
