While recharging my account i cam across a scheme 16MBPS for 1 month (35GB free) thus is recharged the same but the speed i got was less than 256 KBPS thus raised a complain with the ISP. They said that the same plan is not available at you location and thus need to call call-center and get the plan changed. After raising the complain on 11th Feb, 2013, they said the same will be resolved in one day and the refund will be made.
As of 12th Feb, 2013 the change was not made so upon recalling the customer care says it will take 24 working hours for the issue to be resolved and the refund will be credited from the effective date of change, thus i will be charged for 5 days for 16MBPS plan whereas the network speed recived in the mean time is below 256 KBPS.
You Broadband is fooling the customers by showing fake schemes and taking money without providing the service as committed.
