I purchased a fly f 350 model on 30th march and mobile is not working properly it has 7 defects so i went to service center on 1st april to ask for DOA(dead on arriaval) so that i replace this handset with other one from the shopkeeper. But service center people just trying to repair it and gave me back without doing anything and told me ur set is ok now. now i again submitted set on 13th april, asked for DOA, again they r telling me, we reparied it and take ur set back. they are not giving me doa which is my right.
