Flipkart Went Back on its Words and cheated a customer

Name of company/service: Flipkart

I had placed an order for a nikon camera with flipkart.Order ID OD10929140208.Now there was a ajor escalation in my order as the delivery was highly delayed beyond the promised date.Because of this I had asked my entire amount to be refunded as a penalty and their supervisor Keshava Murthy had promised me that my amount will be refunded in total.But at a later point they went back on their promise and only gave me a store credit of 10% as penalty.But it is highly immoral to cheat a customer like this.Please take necessary action against Flipkart.
