Flight ticket refund-Not received!

I have no idea if this is been monitored by someone, however, i want to report a complain for Go-Ibibo Flight reservation service. I had my flight ticket booked for January 2012 and the flight was cancelled.. I have been struggling to get my refund as promised from the goibibo team since 6 months…..
